To provide and improve the Voci service, we may collect the following categories of information:
Audio Data
We access your device’s microphone only when you explicitly initiate a recording (for example by tapping “Record”, using a widget, or using Siri). Voci does not passively listen to or record audio in the background without your knowledge.
Speech & Text Data
Your recorded audio is processed to convert speech into text. The resulting transcripts are associated with your notes and features you use in the App.
AI Feature Inputs
When you use features such as Ask AI, Summarize, or Chat, the transcript text you submit is sent to an AI inference service for processing.
Subscription & Billing Information
Subscriptions and payments are handled by third-party providers such as Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. We receive limited information such as subscription status, plan type, and transaction identifiers. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Usage, Analytics & Diagnostics
We may collect non-identifying device and usage information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and performance metrics) to improve stability, performance, and user experience.
