• Image Data We access your device’s photo library only when you explicitly select an image for processing (e.g., to remove a watermark or background). ClearMark does not access your photos in the background or without your direct action.
• Processed Data When you use AI features such as Watermark Removal or Background Removal, the image you submit is processed. Depending on the feature, this may happen locally or via a secure cloud-based AI service.
• AI Feature Inputs When you initiate an AI-powered removal or retouching task, the image data is sent to an AI inference service for processing to generate the requested output.
• Subscription & Billing Information Subscriptions and payments are handled by third-party providers such as Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat. We receive limited information such as subscription status, plan type, and transaction identifiers. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Usage, Analytics & Diagnostics We may collect non-identifying device and usage information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and performance metrics) to improve stability, performance, and user experience.
• Support Communications If you contact us for support (for example via email), we collect the information you choose to provide so we can respond and resolve issues.
