GrammarFix ("GrammarFix", "we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile keyboard application GrammarFix ("App"). The App is owned and operated by MUDASIR HUSSAIN (the "Owner"). This Privacy Policy explains how GrammarFix collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies worldwide to all users of the GrammarFix mobile application. It describes personal data and other information we may collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices regarding that information.

- No keystroke or typing storage: GrammarFix does not store or retain the text you type with the keyboard (your messages, passwords, personal inputs) on our servers.
- Subscription & billing data: Subscription and billing are handled via third-party providers (for example, RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchase). We receive limited subscription status information necessary to operate your account.
- Third-party services: To provide the App’s features, we use third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, AI inference). These providers may process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
Unless explicitly stated elsewhere in this policy, GrammarFix does not collect, store, or retain the individual keystrokes, full message contents, or any private text you enter into other applications using the GrammarFix keyboard. This includes passwords and other sensitive content.
4. Information We May Collect
To operate and improve the App, we may collect the following information:
- Account & subscription information: Subscription status, plan, transaction identifiers, and related receipt or verification information provided via RevenueCat and/or Apple IAP. We do not collect billing card numbers directly. For payments, Apple or your payment provider processes payment data.
- Device & usage data: Non-identifying device information such as device model, operating system version, App version, and basic performance metrics. This helps with compatibility, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
- Analytics and crash reports: Aggregated or pseudonymized analytics (for example session length, feature usage) and crash diagnostics to help maintain and improve the App.
- Support & correspondence: If you contact support (for example via [email protected]), we will collect the information you provide in that communication (name, email, messages) in order to respond and resolve issues.
- AI inference inputs: When you use AI features (rewrite, translate, tone change), the text you submit for AI processing is transmitted to an AI inference service. We do not persistently store those inputs on our servers, except where necessary for transient processing, logging for debugging (limited and short-term), or when required by a third-party provider’s temporary processing flows.
