By downloading, installing, or using FlowType ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

FlowType provides a voice-first dictation tool and custom keyboard extension that converts spoken audio into formatted text using AI speech recognition and formatting technologies.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

FlowType offers auto-renewable subscription plans ('FlowType Pro') granting access to premium features, including unlimited dictation and advanced formatting models.

Auto-Renewal & Payment Terms

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS) or Google Play Account (for Android) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Standard Licensed Application EULA

For iOS users, your download and use of FlowType is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), accessible at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/appstore/dev/stdeula/.
